Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MHA) or clinical qualification (PharmD/RPh/PA) preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in patient support services, benefits verification, or specialty pharmacy.
- Experience working for a patient assistance foundation is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and coordinate across functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, patient privacy requirements, and healthcare regulatory standards.
- Ability to navigate operational data, financial reports, and vendor-provided metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and judgment in a demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with external data teams to refine dashboards and maintain high data quality standards.
- Lead data review sessions and conduct root-cause analyses to translate findings into practical recommendations for leadership.
- Support monthly and annual product inventory forecasting and variance analysis.
- Assist with operating budget reporting and reconcile invoices in collaboration with vendor management teams.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Develop process improvements to increase program efficiency and outcomes.
- Maintain rigorous compliance standards, including reporting adverse events as required.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to drive timely and effective outcomes.
