Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation.
- Prior experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Proven ability to act as a self-starter and solve problems independently.
- High-energy and ambitious mindset with a focus on results.
- Strong communication skills for building rapport and handling objections.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AEs to move deals through the sales cycle by confirming meetings and following up on action items.
- Perform mid-funnel follow-ups after demos to answer prospect questions and maintain momentum.
- Rebook missed demos by reaching out to prospects who did not attend.
- Follow up with inbound leads from the website and marketing campaigns to initiate conversations.
- Reconnect with old leads from the CRM to spark new interest.
- Maintain the CRM by recording all calls, emails, and notes to ensure pipeline visibility.
