Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in a Marketing Project Manager, Marketing Program Manager, or Marketing Operations Manager role.
  • Proven experience owning events and product launches from planning through execution.
  • Deep marketing fluency including understanding of KPIs like MQL, CPL, CAC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Cross-channel project management experience covering both organic and paid marketing channels.
  • Expertise in Asana for managing projects, portfolios, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency with active, regular use of AI tools to streamline processes.
  • Strong project management fundamentals including scoping, timelines, risk management, and KPI tracking.
  • Experience managing cross-functional coordination, specifically between marketing and sales teams.
  • Ability to present to and communicate effectively with C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to manage accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution for the calendar of virtual events, product launches, and funnel projects.
  • Manage the interdepartmental coordination and communication between Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT.
  • Utilize Asana to oversee the lifecycle of projects and campaigns, maintaining clear timelines, dependencies, and SLAs.
  • Partner with creative teams to manage asset production workflows from initial request to delivery.
  • Identify project bottlenecks, resourcing conflicts, and risks to proactively resolve issues.
  • Run post-event and post-launch debriefs to develop repeatable checklists and process improvements.
  • Represent marketing project status and requirements to executive leadership and stakeholders.
