Requirements

  • 5+ years of project/program management experience with enterprise-wide SaaS implementation.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
  • 5+ years working cross-functionally to manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Certification in Epic modules such as IP Orders, IP ClinDoc, or Ambulatory.
  • Proven track record in applying quantitative and analytical skills to EHR implementations.
  • Deep domain knowledge in Inpatient metrics, processes, and challenges.
  • Hands-on proficiency with data validation dashboards, JAVA/SQL, and complex Excel functions.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to travel 25%-30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the timeline for enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments, focusing on Inpatient Capacity solutions.
  • Work with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to identify and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with external client teams to understand evolving requirements and communicate potential approaches.
  • Leverage functional Inpatient expertise to create buy-in from core users, executives, and care coordinators.
  • Provide technical project leadership to manage the full deployment lifecycle from internal kickoff to go-live.
  • Build and manage relationships at all levels, from frontline staff to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and drive issues to resolution.
  • Lead complex engagements with matrixed technical and operational teams.
