B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of software/data engineering experience in a product company.
Extensive experience delivering complex SaaS solutions in cloud environments like AWS.
Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
5+ years of hands-on experience in the healthcare industry.
5+ years of experience architecting frontend, backend, and data platforms.
Proficiency in Java, C#, or Python.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Snowflake, and Redshift.
Expertise in modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Contribute directly to the development of key platform features as an individual contributor.
Lead the end-to-end design and development of advanced healthcare analytics products.
Architect and implement modern analytics, ML, and AI applications.
Communicate priorities and provide technical support to engineering teams.
Ensure team-delivered features meet quality, performance, and security standards.
Promote a culture of experimentation and identify areas for architectural innovation.
Act as a technical liaison for executive stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development lifecycle.
Partner with Product Managers and Owners to define project scope and feasibility.
Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering teams.
