Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in capital markets or trading workflows.
- Proficiency in JVM-based languages (Scala preferred).
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable distributed systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols and messaging technologies such as TCP/IP, FIX, Kafka, or Aeron.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Ability to effectively use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and maintain quality.
- Understanding of low-latency, high-throughput systems.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, agile practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test protocols and features to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of services, addressing production issues and improving operational processes.
- Improve system performance for low latency and high throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
