Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management in SaaS.
- B.S. or M.S. in business, accounting, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and the software development life cycle.
- Proficiency with Agile/lean delivery frameworks.
- Proven data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as business needs dictate, including to Salt Lake City headquarters, customer sites, and conferences in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive product plans, specifications, and user stories for new features.
- Collaborate with product leadership and teams to execute the product roadmap.
- Work with UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Partner with engineering teams to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to prioritize product opportunities and measure results.
- Manage the Agile product development process, including backlog optimization and acceptance criteria definition.
- Lead product launches and collaborate with GTM teams on value propositions and marketing materials.
- Conduct customer outreach to understand needs and pain points.
