Requirements
- Graduate of any medical course.
- At least 6 months of experience in a Team Lead, Supervisory, or Subject Matter Expert (SME) role.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Scribe or Transcriptionist.
- Proficiency with ECW software.
- Ability to maintain a typing speed of 50-60 WPM.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Availability to work the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Plan daily workflow and staff assignments.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure 40-chart targets are met.
- Audit scribe documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Track quality trends and generate weekly reports.
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Create and implement improvement plans based on feedback.
- Train and onboard new medical scribes.
- Convert transcribed diagnostic results and consultation notes into required formats.
- Expand medical abbreviations and acronyms into formal medical terminology.
