Requirements
- 9+ years of dedicated experience in security engineering, application security, infrastructure security, data security, or cloud security.
- Deep expertise in AI, including AWS services, LLMs, MCP, Agentic Agents, AI frameworks, governance, regulations, and security attacks/guardrails.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols and non-human identity security.
- Proven track record of project leadership, translating vague security problems into structured plans and executing them.
- Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for building stakeholder relationships.
- Software engineering background (strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) security services.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset towards Information Security.
Responsibilities
- Keep up with the latest trends, models and innovations in all facets of AI Security and advise on proper architectures.
- Ensure products are leveraging AI in a secure manner across the platform.
- Evolve internal AI productivity initiatives by securely enabling business leverage of AI.
- Implement guardrails and controls to minimize data loss risks and insecure use of AI.
- Guide and mentor security teams on leveraging AI for security benefits.
- Lead and execute complex, project-driven security enhancements across infrastructure, applications, and corporate environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to architect and deploy resilient security solutions.
- Build tools, guardrails, and automated workflows to facilitate secure development.
- Identify security gaps, design remediation plans, and execute them to maturity.
