Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in NetSuite (mandatory).
- Understanding of system flows, ERP data structure, and data mapping for financial models.
- Strong foundational understanding of financial statements and GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (structured modeling, complex formulas).
- High level of precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Accounting background or CPA track (highly valued).
- Prior experience with Datarails or other modern FP&A/EPM tools (nice to have).
- Experience in high-growth Fintech, Financial Services, or SPAC/IPO processes (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain recurring budget vs. actual (BvA) reports across business units.
- Own the data flow and integrity between NetSuite and Datarails.
- Support monthly and quarterly variance and flux analysis for public company reporting requirements.
- Assist in building and maintaining standardized reporting templates and schedules.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecast updates within Datarails.
- Maintain operating expense and headcount tracking models.
- Update revenue model assumptions, including AUM-based and transaction-based streams.
- Maintain FP&A workflows and ensure audit-ready documentation for the SPAC transition.
