Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field (MBA a plus).
- 3-5 years of progressive work experience in finance or accounting (preferably FP&A).
- Proficiency with Adaptive Insights or equivalent software.
- Sound understanding of expense-side Profit & Loss statements and financial statements.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for partnering with Vice President and C-level executives.
- Ability to work independently in a home environment free from distractions.
- SaaS industry experience (preferred).
- International experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis and close package compilation for certain departments.
- Own Profit & Loss expense-side forecasting in coordination with the FP&A team, Accounting, and executive leadership.
- Partner directly with functional leads for monthly and quarterly headcount and expense planning.
- Maintain weekly headcount reconciliations.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as needed.
