Requirements
- Deep experience embedding security into fast-moving product engineering environments.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS/Fargate) and GCP.
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and continuous monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD security, least-privilege identity, and policy-as-code.
- Personal experience using agentic coding tools to accelerate security workflows.
- Strong awareness of security risks specific to AI systems.
- Ability to operate as an individual contributor and expert.
- Proven ability to translate technical risk for senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive a 12–18 month security roadmap including OWASP SAMM audits and vendor management.
- Partner with developer experience teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines through code scanning, secrets management, and policy-as-code.
- Harden authentication and secure agentic AI workflows against prompt injection and data leakage.
- Utilize agentic coding tools to accelerate security workflows and remediation.
- Advise leadership on risk trade-offs with commercial clarity.
- Act as a deep subject matter specialist influencing engineering squads without direct reports.
