Requirements
- Senior-level frontend engineering experience with a track record of driving ambitious goals.
- Expert professional experience with React and TypeScript.
- Expert fluency with at least one AI development tool and understanding of its workflows and guardrails.
- Proven ability to manage projects, document decisions, and keep complex initiatives moving forward.
- Experience working with shared tooling, cloud infrastructure, and delivery pipelines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and educate product teams.
- Product-minded approach to prioritizing technical best practices based on business impact.
- Experience with design systems for reusable product experiences.
- Experience with large-scale framework migrations.
- Familiarity with Python and Go is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend platform initiatives to accelerate development speed and maintain code quality.
- Drive the migration from Ember to React by creating tooling, guardrails, and educational resources.
- Own AI-assisted frontend tooling and improve workflows for generative UI development.
- Strengthen the design system as a reliable foundation for product experiences and AI-generated interfaces.
- Partner with product engineers and solution architects to understand needs, shape the roadmap, and drive technology adoption.
- Manage the delivery of complex initiatives, turning broad goals into documented, actionable plans.
