Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or technological platforms.
- 5+ years of experience coordinating technical or multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in demand management, planning, and coordination of multiple stakeholders in complex or international environments.
- Solid knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Platforms, Data Engineering, and corporate analytical ecosystems.
- Knowledge of DataOps, DevSecOps, Data Governance, security, observability, and platform monitoring.
- Knowledge of cloud environments, specifically AWS.
- Ability to manage priorities, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- English level C1, for international meetings and coordination.
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus.
- Prior experience coordinating architecture teams or technical communities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of a 14-person Data Architect DevSecOps team by distributing workload based on priorities and capacity.
- Monitor team objectives, deliverables, and commitments while identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Manage relationships with various entities and countries to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to reference architectures and corporate standards, performing regular reviews and managing architectural deviations.
- Collaborate on demand management, capacity planning, and prioritization of architecturally significant initiatives.
- Drive the adoption of Data Architecture, DataOps, and DevSecOps best practices and service improvement.
- Coordinate team involvement with providers and partners to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
