Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data governance.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team (2–5 people).
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Proficiency with dbt or similar transformation frameworks.
- Track record of driving data quality improvements in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience building or maintaining data documentation, metadata catalogs, or knowledge bases.
- Hands-on experience with LLM/AI agents and understanding agent-consumable data infrastructure.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- B2 or higher English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Transform risk data infrastructure into an LLM-agent-ready state.
- Manage full-stack data quality across 40+ Snowflake analytical tables, including defining SLAs and observability.
- Design and scale a production-grade context layer for autonomous AI agent consumption.
- Define and enforce data governance standards, metadata management, and documentation.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 analytics engineers.
- Translate risk analytics requirements into technical platform requirements across Finance and DWH teams.
- Design and implement a group-wide risk data governance framework for multi-country expansion.
