Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, mathematical sciences, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of direct Data Management experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CDM (Clinical Data Management) project lead.
- Advanced understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
- Advanced understanding of the overall clinical research process.
- Fluent spoken and advanced written English skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Inbox.
- Ability to support validation of new device integrations.
- Compliance with training and eSOP reading requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and close-out activities.
- Conduct regular data cleaning to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
- Lead internal study meetings, audits, and sponsor kick-off meetings.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the programming team on process innovation and automation.
- Support the training of new team members.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of core operating procedures.
