Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise integration engineering or systems architecture.
- 2+ years of experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, UiPath, or Workato.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience integrating ERP, HRIS, ITSM, or FinOps platforms in a multi-cloud environment.
- Working knowledge of ETL patterns, event-driven architectures, and message queue systems.
- Strong understanding of data security, access control, and zero-trust principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Minimum 4 hour overlap with EST timezone required.
- Commitment for a minimum 6-month surge position.
Responsibilities
- Build and support integrations across enterprise systems including ERP, HRIS, FinOps, ITSM, and in-house operational platforms.
- Design and implement scalable data flows using Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, and ETL pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Bash to streamline workflows.
- Build and govern CI/CD pipelines for reliable integration deployments.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability to ensure data flow reliability.
- Partner with business owners to translate process requirements into technical integration designs.
- Assist in routine administration of enterprise systems, such as user access and record updates.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including data dictionaries and API contracts.
