Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development, AI system design, or data/solutions engineering.
- Strong full-stack engineering background with proficiency in TypeScript, NodeJS, and Python.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade applications combining data pipelines, AI/ML, and user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) into real applications.
- Proven track record delivering technical solutions in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from engineers to executives.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead design decisions for secure, scalable solutions on the MelodyArc platform.
- Configure and extend Points, Point Sets, and AI Operators to create production workflows.
- Ship end-to-end production-grade solutions spanning data integration, configuration, and interfaces.
- Develop AI-powered automations that facilitate human-in-the-loop operational work.
- Embed with customer teams to understand problems and prove measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists, Sales, and Product to manage the engagement lifecycle.
- Contribute reusable accelerators and frameworks to scale deployment patterns.
