Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, shape new opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to make effective decisions with limited or evolving information.
- Experience working closely with software engineering, data, AI, or machine learning teams.
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, retrieval-based systems, agent architectures, AI evaluation approaches, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI or Agentic AI through professional or personal projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and bring structure to ambiguous problems.
- Experience leading platform products or shared capabilities is an advantage.
- Experience in clinical development, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agentic AI initiatives supporting clinical operations and trial workflows.
- Lead multiple early-stage product investments in parallel, balancing experimentation, validation, prioritization, and scaling decisions.
- Identify and assess high-value AI use cases in partnership with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders.
- Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, priorities, outcomes, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate closely with AI, data, engineering, and clinical teams within an agile and highly cross-functional operating model.
- Guide initiatives from concept and rapid prototyping through validation, delivery, adoption, and scaling.
- Establish product success metrics and track OKRs related to clinical trial speed, quality, operational efficiency, and cost.
- Evaluate emerging Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities and determine how they can create meaningful value within clinical workflows.
