Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, operations, or creator programs.
  • Strong event or campaign execution skills including management of timelines, assets, and launch details.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and follow-through across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving skills in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to track performance, spot patterns, and use data to refine execution.
  • Curiosity about product, buyers, sellers, and creator communities.
  • Bias toward action and comfortable making progress with incomplete information.
  • Team-first approach with a focus on outcomes.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing or email operations (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Figma (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Drive buyer engagement and seller participation by managing event timelines, asset coordination, in-app merchandising, and email builds.
  • Build operating plans to track dependencies and ensure cross-functional accountability for digital event execution.
  • Support seller and creator onboarding, providing guidance on programming and communication to ensure successful event participation.
  • Coordinate promotional activities across marketing, creative, category, and seller-facing teams.
  • Analyze event performance and trends to create recaps and improve future event strategies.
