Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role (management consulting, customer success, or implementation management).
- At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative and data intensive role.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EHR data structures, HL7, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-50% to customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations of products from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout.
- Partner with Customer Success team members to ensure workflows are designed and configured accurately.
- Conduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Communicate technical requirements to customer IT teams and coordinate security and other audits.
- Design and execute unit and user acceptance test scenarios to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
- Navigate complex database structures to troubleshoot data issues.
- Collaborate with project management on status reporting.
- Continually evaluate and improve implementation processes, outcomes, and documentation.
