Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role (management consulting, customer success, or implementation management).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative and data intensive role.
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, including EHR data structures, HL7, and healthcare interoperability frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25-50% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations of products from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout.
  • Partner with Customer Success team members to ensure workflows are designed and configured accurately.
  • Conduct discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical requirements to customer IT teams and coordinate security and other audits.
  • Design and execute unit and user acceptance test scenarios to validate system functionality and data accuracy.
  • Navigate complex database structures to troubleshoot data issues.
  • Collaborate with project management on status reporting.
  • Continually evaluate and improve implementation processes, outcomes, and documentation.
