Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
- Expertise in ERP systems (Coupa preferred).
- Strong understanding of the 3-way match process.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and filters.
- Solid grasp of accruals, debits, credits, and reconciliations.
- Proven experience in accounts payable team environments.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Minimum internet speed of 30mbps (wired connection).
- Technical requirements: i5 11th Gen or higher, 8GB RAM, Windows 11/MacOS Catalina or higher.
- Private, quiet dedicated home office area.
- Possession of a high-quality noise-canceling headset and webcam.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate invoice entry and general ledger coding for capital versus expense items.
- Resolve invoice exceptions and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Execute reconciliations and review vendor accounts receivable statements.
- Utilize automation tools to optimize accounting efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor accounts payable performance.
- Manage vendor disputes and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, W-9, and ACH requirements.
