Requirements
- 10+ years building and shipping production software.
- Staff-level technical scope and experience.
- Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end.
- Early-stage startup experience (Series A or earlier).
- Experience building and growing an engineering team.
- Strong product instincts and autonomous decision-making capability.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
- Proficiency with Go.
- Experience with AWS.
Responsibilities
- Expand the range of case types users can discover and join.
- Build community surfaces for users to discuss and rally around potential cases.
- Develop education layers to help users participate in claims responsibly.
- Architect referral and growth loops to turn engaged members into a distribution channel.
- Implement trust and safety measures, including moderation and fraud deterrence.
- Contribute to platform foundations, internal tooling, MCPs, and agent harnesses.
- Recruit, vet, and manage the engineering team.
