Requirements
- 10+ years building and shipping production software, at staff-level technical scope.
- Track record of shipping products end-to-end, with ownership of outcomes.
- Strong product instincts and a bias toward action.
- Experience in early-stage startups (Series A or earlier).
- Proven experience building and growing a team, or readiness to hire and lead from day one.
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, React, and AWS.
- Bonus: Experience with high-conversion consumer funnels and rapid experimentation.
- Bonus: Experience building or operating payments, ledgers, or money-movement systems.
- Bonus: Experience in regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, or finance.
Responsibilities
- Own a fast, high-conversion consumer funnel, built mobile web-first.
- Run rapid experimentation across the funnel, tailoring the experience per case type.
- Own claimant communications, evidence and signature collection, and dispute-resolution scheduling.
- Own consumer payments and disbursements, where correctness, auditability, and trust are non-negotiable.
- Contribute to shared platform foundations that make the whole team faster, including internal tooling, MCPs, and agent harnesses.
- Recruit, vet, and grow the engineers on this team.
