Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Staff-level technical scope and proven track record of shipping products end-to-end.
- Strong product instincts and a bias toward action with the ability to make autonomous decisions.
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment (Series A or earlier).
- Experience building and growing an engineering team.
- Proficiency in Go and AWS.
- Experience with real-time or event-driven pipelines, workflow orchestration, and third-party API integration.
- Experience building CRM, operational tooling, or analytics instrumentation.
Responsibilities
- Build real-time claims processing, moving claim-quality and fraud-detection from prototype to production.
- Develop systems connecting claimants and partner law firms, including dashboards and case handoff workflows.
- Establish pipeline reliability and observability as core technical requirements.
- Contribute to shared platform foundations, including internal tooling, Model Context Protocols (MCPs), and agent harnesses.
- Recruit, vet, and grow the engineering team for the pipeline vertical.
