Requirements
- Proven experience building memorable brands with a portfolio demonstrating clear design evolution.
- Strong skills in motion, animation, presentations, social media assets, and video production.
- Experience thinking in systems to create scalable design templates and frameworks.
- Fluency in AI-assisted creative workflows.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and Webflow.
- Ability to articulate creative reasoning and advocate for design decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
- Taste-driven design sensibility with a focus on high-quality craft.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Spare's visual language across all touchpoints.
- Produce high-craft assets including presentations, campaign materials, motion graphics, and animation.
- Create stunning product showcase videos that effectively communicate value.
- Partner with Marketing as a creative equal to shape strategy and creative execution.
- Build design systems, template libraries, and frameworks to enable cross-team scalability.
- Set the creative bar for all market-facing materials and mentor the design team.
