Requirements
- 7+ years designing digital products, ideally within an agency.
- Excellence in UI/Visual design aesthetics.
- Excellence in craft, including Figma hygiene and design principles.
- Strong strategic thinking ability to interpret vague requirements and drive product change.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with prototyping tools and motion design is a strong plus.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and delegate work to teammates.
- Confident communication skills for presenting and defending work to senior clients and founders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to maintain quality while moving fast.
- Self-driven and organized to run project workflows independently.
- Excellence in communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Produce design work at a consistently high quality tier, with meticulous attention to craft, precision, and completeness.
- Define the design challenge at a strategic level, connecting solutions to client goals, strategy, and business vision.
- Build and maintain style kits that give the team and collaborators a clear, consistent visual language.
- Brief and coordinate specialists including production designers, illustrators, motion designers, and 3d artists.
- Communicate proactively with clients, estimate effort and timelines, and maintain responsive communication.
- Own projects end to end, from brief through final delivery.
- Maintain asset hygiene and manage project operations in Notion.
