Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience designing digital products (agency experience preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Strong fundamentals in UI/Visual design and aesthetic judgment.
- Proven ability to translate vague requirements into clear strategy, concepts, and prototypes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend work to founders and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing project workflows, task prioritization, and delegating to production designers.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to maintain high quality while working at a fast pace.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of operating without direct management.
- Strong prototyping and motion design skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality design work with meticulous attention to craft, precision, and completeness.
- Define design challenges at a strategic level to connect solutions to client business goals.
- Build and maintain style kits to ensure consistent visual language.
- Brief and coordinate specialists, including motion designers and illustrators.
- Communicate proactively with clients, estimating effort and timelines while maintaining responsive contact.
- Own projects end-to-end, managing operations in Notion and maintaining organized asset files.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and participate in internal team rituals like crits and growth sessions.
