Bilingual Spanish speaking proficiency
Prior experience in a call center, sales, or community outreach role

Demonstrated ability to take direction, learn quickly, and work independently

Responsibilities

Make calls to potential members, identify their needs, and provide information about services offered
Answer questions about Nadia Care and the membership journey
Check if potential members are eligible to enroll with Nadia Care
Register members with the program and schedule their first appointment
Maintain databases by keeping member information up to date
Collaborate across the team and company on feedback received from potential and current members
