  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific, healthcare, or technical field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant clinical data management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial data management concepts, processes, procedures, and data flows.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical clinical trial regulations and industry guidance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead clinical trial data management activities and integrate them with broader clinical trial operations.
  • Strong experience with clinical data review, database management, validation, quality control, and data transfer.
  • Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines independently.
  • Strong analytical and information-processing skills with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for data management timelines, deliverables, and technical or procedural matters.
  • Perform and oversee clinical data management activities, including database design specifications and UAT test plans.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, and support sponsors and investigative sites in query resolution.
  • Manage third-party and non-Case Report Form data integration into clinical workflows.
  • Develop and maintain Data Management Plans and Data Quality Review Plans.
  • Validate and distribute real-time study monitoring reports to stakeholders.
  • Train clinical trial personnel on electronic data capture systems and quality control procedures.
  • Manage study-level resources and monitor project milestones to address risks proactively.
  • Support project bids, billing activities, and bid defense meetings.
  • Develop and document standardized validation checks and data management best practices.
