Requirements
- 4 to 7 years in technical program management, release management, or engineering-adjacent project management at a B2B software company.
- Experience in a production environment where releases had real consequences.
- Technical depth to read engineering tickets, follow architecture discussions, and understand eval failures.
- Track record of shipping cross-team programs on time.
- Reliable daily overlap with US business hours (ET/CT), requiring an evening IST schedule.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience shipping AI/ML or conversational AI products preferred.
- Experience in regulated domains like financial services, collections, healthcare, or insurance preferred.
- Familiarity with observability and QA tooling preferred.
- Early-stage startup experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Run the release train for voice and chatbot versions across client accounts.
- Plan cycle scope with engineering, hold the eval gate, and manage staged rollouts.
- Map and track dependencies across engineering, QA, infrastructure, and client schedules.
- Maintain a single source of truth for program status, risks, decisions, and owners.
- Execute client onboarding and migration programs including environment readiness and sign-offs.
- Refine internal processes and checklists to improve efficiency and reduce friction.
