Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns.
- Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Experience with modern production workflows.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
- Experience building or localising brands specifically for the UK market.
Responsibilities
- Own BJAK’s UK brand identity across all platforms, including tone of voice and visual systems.
- Develop a UK-first brand narrative and creative concepts that drive awareness and trust.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, and product channels.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary UK creative team.
- Partner closely with UK growth, product, and leadership teams.
- Build and manage creative workflows to balance speed, quality, and scalability.
- Use data and performance insights to iterate and optimize creative work.
