- Proven experience leading creative teams and raising creative standards.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
- Experience in modern production workflows.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
- Experience building or localizing brands specifically for the UK market.
Responsibilities
- Own BJAK’s UK brand identity and visual systems across all platforms.
- Build a UK-first visual narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market trends.
- Translate marketing and business objectives into impactful visual storytelling.
- Develop creative campaigns that build awareness, trust, and adoption in the UK.
- Ensure consistent brand expression across digital, social, product, and offline channels.
- Lead and mentor a small, multidisciplinary UK creative team.
- Set high standards for design quality, speed, and execution.
- Partner with UK growth, product, and leadership teams to align visuals with strategic goals.
