Requirements
- Hands-on Mirakl marketplace experience
- Experience managing Private Label (PL) brands or stores
- Strong proficiency in Excel and CSV catalog management
- Understanding of marketplace operations including inventory, listings, and promotions
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Strong ownership and attention to detail
- Ability to manage store end-to-end
- Amazon PL experience as a secondary consideration
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complete marketplace account health
- Execute catalog creation, optimization, and bulk uploads
- Handle Excel and CSV-based catalog management
- Monitor inventory feeds, synchronization, and troubleshooting
- Oversee orders, cancellations, and fulfillment
- Manage marketplace advertising, promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns
- Conduct competitor and market research to optimize product performance
- Resolve marketplace support tickets and operational issues
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and store performance
