Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience running paid acquisition on Meta and Google (LinkedIn a plus).
- Proven track record of owning budgets and hitting targets.
- Hands-on experience creating AI-powered ad visuals, including video and static content.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PPT/Slides.
- Experience with native reporting tools of paid platforms.
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders or leadership.
- Comfortable presenting and defending strategic decisions to senior leadership.
- Native-level written and spoken English.
- Ability to work across time zones.
- Portuguese or German language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build AI-generated ad creative, including video and static content, at scale.
- Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and reporting across markets.
- Run structured experiments on creative, audience, and messaging to scale performance.
- Improve conversion rates on landing pages and ad-to-page relevance.
- Collaborate with Design, Tech, and Clinical teams to align campaigns.
- Present performance metrics and strategy directly to senior leadership.
