Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in software development projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering web and mobile applications.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience working in complex organizational environments with multiple teams and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of product delivery lifecycle, agile methodologies, and backlog management.
- Ability to establish clear direction in situations with ambiguity and changing requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to quickly understand new business domains and technical landscapes.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or above.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog, priorities, and roadmap.
- Drive product delivery from requirements through release.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align business needs with team capabilities.
- Work closely with development, design, and other stakeholders across mobile and web streams.
- Coordinate the transition from legacy web/mobile applications to a unified solution.
- Manage dependencies and integrations with other platforms and systems.
- Help teams identify and remove blockers and improve delivery processes.
- Bring structure and clarity to requirements in a complex and changing environment.
