Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience supporting end-to-end project management and process improvement projects.
- 2+ years of experience analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and resolve deficiencies.
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design.
- 2+ years of experience presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership.
- Experience leading and collaborating with team members to reach consensus on decisions.
Responsibilities
- Identify risks and resolve issues or escalations to inform technology-enabled process improvements.
- Coordinate projects to meet milestones and service levels.
- Partner with leadership to strategize on cost reduction and outcome improvement.
- Formulate proactive implementation, communication, and change management strategies.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships to achieve program results.
- Analyze data and translate findings into visual insights and conclusions.
- Prioritize projects based on organizational growth targets and trends.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
