Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People systems, business operations, or process improvement in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year experience with in-depth usage of AI platforms like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement automations and workflow improvements
- Strong understanding of HR tool integrations and data flows
- Comfort administering and optimizing HR technology
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a track record of improving data quality
- Excellent project management skills, including prioritization and stakeholder communication
- Ability to translate employee and business needs into scalable processes
- Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to actively learn and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize People Team operational workflows across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding, and recurring HR processes)
- Design, build, and maintain automations, integrations, and workflows across HR tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, engagement and learning platforms)
- Implement and provide ongoing oversight of AI systems and processes, including governance and documentation
- Serve as a subject matter expert for People Team tools, managing configuration, permissions, and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain clear process documentation, SOPs, and self-service resources
- Monitor data quality and operational controls to ensure data integrity and process adherence
- Partner across the business to coordinate cross-functional processes and reduce friction
