Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 8+ years of experience with design and implementation of infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience working at a Managed/Cloud Service Provider in a Solutions Architect or comparable role.
- Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, VMware/Hyper-V, and Windows/Linux environments.
- Experience with Office 365/Microsoft Exchange and hybrid cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google).
- Technical knowledge of networking, firewalls, relational databases, disaster recovery, and AI.
- Ability to articulate complex technical information to a broad audience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support to sales executives and engage directly with customers on complex opportunities.
- Lead technical discussions and present solutions to various stakeholders, up to the CIO level.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including diagrams and technical specifics, to ensure solution supportability.
- Prioritize sales focus areas by reviewing pipelines with sales representatives and managers.
- Participate in seminars, tradeshows, and training events to stay current on emerging technologies.
- Provide ongoing technical product training to the sales organization and channel partners.
- Interface with operations and engineering teams to remain informed on new service capabilities.
