Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role.
- Prior experience working in a pre-sales capacity.
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles, including presenting to C-level executives.
- Proficiency in IT fundamentals including networking, databases, and software development.
- Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Technical knowledge of security tools such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, and SIEM.
- Experience working with public cloud environments.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a jargon-free manner.
- Industry qualifications such as CISSP are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases.
- Engage C-level executives and technical professionals through solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Act as a security advisor to build cyber skills programs and facilitate crisis simulations.
- Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience.
- Deliver routine Executive Business Reviews to track business outcomes and platform value.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer.
