Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale video content production; EdTech experience a strong plus!
- 5+ years of management experience leading large, multi-tiered teams of 40+.
- Strong experience in setting goals, KPIs and managing team performance is required.
- Proven track record scaling production throughput and capacity while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrated success implementing AI and automation in content or video production.
- Strong operational and analytical capabilities, with experience using KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced production preferred.
- Experience with production and workflow management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or Frame.io preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the content production team of 100+ delivering 5,000 videos annually for Higher Education, K–12, and Corporate Learning.
- Own the end-to-end content production roadmap and ensure teams deliver against agreed timelines, quality standards, and targets.
- Scale AI-driven workflows and automation to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for teams and individuals, and regularly review performance and productivity.
- Continuously optimize the production process, eliminating bottlenecks and improving workflows to meet the growing volume and complexity of content.
- Own vendor strategy, balancing internal capabilities and external partners to scale efficiently.
- Work closely with Product, and other leadership teams to align production plans with business priorities.
