Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in computer science, social sciences, physical sciences, math, engineering, or statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of business and data analysis experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Experience with data management, including validating and auditing data from multiple systems.
- Demonstrated project and task management capability.
- Experience with BI, Google Workspace, and CRM Tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- High attention to detail and standard of performance excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced analytical models to improve understanding of network supply and demand and identify operational inefficiencies.
- Implement real-time dashboards and reporting to track performance against key metrics.
- Propose and test new strategies to increase competition and engagement within the service provider network.
- Analyze feedback and reviews from multiple stakeholders to identify actionable insights for improving service quality.
- Develop operational data to help 3rd party service providers optimize their processes.
- Perform capacity analysis and modeling to identify network gaps and opportunities.
- Lead tests and pilots for process changes and communicate findings to management.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on data analysis methodologies and best practices.
