Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least half in an agency or client-facing setting.
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical product communications.
- Deep knowledge of the pharma regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, integrated business accounts ($10MM+).
- Proven track record of double-digit organic business growth.
- Broad understanding of healthcare communications (disease awareness, corporate reputation, data/regulatory milestones).
- Strong command of the integrated communications landscape including digital, creative, strategy, and analytics.
- Superb management skills with experience inspiring colleagues.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with senior-level clients as an expert advisor.
- Oversee integrated teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Inspire clients to expand program scope and creative integration.
- Identify and secure new business growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the agency's Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead, develop, and coach team members to foster professional growth.
