Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production systems.
- Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Proven production experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code.
- Deep understanding of real-time systems, streaming, backpressure, and low-latency audio.
- Experience with observability tooling (e.g., SigNoz, OpenTelemetry) and incident response.
- Expertise in building reliable, maintainable, and secure systems at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy environment.
- Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Build agent platform primitives, including runtime and orchestration engines.
- Own voice infrastructure for real-time audio streaming, STT/TTS integration, and telephony.
- Develop enterprise trust capabilities like RBAC, access management, and audit logging.
- Build an evaluation layer for conversational AI using simulation and automated testing.
- Develop observability tools for agent decision traceability and proactive monitoring.
- Manage infrastructure using Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and CI/CD pipelines.
