Responsibilities

- Influence business strategy and product organization to enable sustainable growth.
- Lead OKRs planning and quarterly roadmap, ensuring execution aligns with product vision.
- Organize and facilitate rituals integrating product, operations, design, engineering, data, and QA.
- Deep dive into execution to translate complex problems into product vision and roadmap.
- Kick-off new discovery streams and validate hypotheses through pilots.
- Bring external market insights and trends to product development.
- Coach Associate Product Managers and invest in professional development.
- Play a key role in PM hiring to scale the team.
