Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with organic social media growth and content management.
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and organic acquisition.
- Proven ability to integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) into marketing workflows.
- Experience coordinating across marketing, design, and development teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and project execution skills.
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO (preferred).
- Experience with ASTRO, WordPress, or headless CMS platforms (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive audits, and manage backlink acquisition.
- Plan and execute organic growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Create and repurpose content using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Jasper.
- Oversee marketing-related website projects using platforms like ASTRO or headless WordPress.
- Track marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot.
- Coordinate projects across marketing, design, and development teams using Slack and Asana.
