- Minimum of two years of experience as a fully licensed mental health practitioner.
- Ability to work independently in a 100% virtual environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new virtual care technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments, including reviewing medical histories and formulating diagnoses.
- Develop and maintain individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients.
- Provide patient-centered clinical care in alignment with the organization's model.
- Utilize measurement-based care and patient-reported data to inform treatment and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners to coordinate holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding conditions and wellness strategies.
