Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC).
- Licensure specifically in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms including Zoom, EHR systems, and Slack.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth platforms.
- Build a clinical caseload based on your selected availability (15+ or 25+ hours per week).
- Participate in regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
- Engage with a supportive clinical community through weekly drop-ins.
- Maintain high standards of client-centered care for a neurodivergent population.
