Requirements
- Must hold a current license as an independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, or LMHC) in the state of Colorado.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Demonstrated interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to providing client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Ability to provide 15+ or 25+ hours of weekly clinical availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality mental health therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
- Maintain a consistent caseload of clients based on your chosen commitment level (15+ or 25+ hours weekly).
- Utilize evidence-based clinical modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT to support client outcomes.
- Engage with the clinical community through peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
- Manage client records and administrative tasks within the provided EHR system.
- Maintain client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming standards of care.
