Requirements
- Four-year university degree.
- 1-2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (sales, customer success, account management).
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets in client admissions or sales.
- At least 1 year of CRM experience.
- Proficiency in multitasking and operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate occasional moderate levels of stress.
- Must be able to work a weekday schedule during onboarding (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm CT).
- Must be able to work a weekend schedule (Thu-Mon, 9am-6pm CT) from end of Nov through Feb.
- Availability for holiday coverage (1-2 holidays per year).
- Spanish-language proficiency is encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Engage inbound prospective customer leads and deliver responsive outreach to enroll clients.
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding journey and foster strong relationships.
- Conduct proactive outreach to expectant parents via phone, video, text, and messaging.
- Collaborate with families to outline goals and translate health objectives into care plans.
- Manage end-to-end doula contracting and provide ongoing account management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and providers, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule clinical appointments for maternal health services.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, consent forms, and financial details.
- Participate in an on-call weekend rotation approximately every 5-7 weeks.
